This Software is licensed for NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY. You may use this Software 
solely for personal, educational, or experimental purposes.

COMMERCIAL USERS

Commercial users are strictly prohibited from using this Software unless they 
have obtained a commercial license from Whitehorn Ltd. Co. Contact 
sales@dr-dos.com for information regarding commercial licensing options.

LIMITED LICENSE
---------------

The license is NON-TRANSFERABLE. You may not transfer this Software or any
copies to any third party. Licensor reserves the right to revoke this license
at any time, with or without cause, in its sole discretion.

PROHIBITED USES

This Software is NOT SUITABLE FOR CRITICAL DEPLOYMENTS. You may not use this
Software in any application or system where failure, malfunction, or error
could result in:

  - PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH
  - PROPERTY DAMAGE

dispute arising out of this License shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction 
of the courts located in that jurisdiction.

TERMINATION

Licensor reserves the right to terminate this License immediately upon breach 
of any term hereof by you. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the 
Software and destroy all copies.
